Heatherwood Garden
171 Heather Heights Dr
Selah, WA 98942
Owners Karl and Mary Graf have lovingly transformed a former 4-acre horse pasture into a spectacular four-season retreat. Heatherwood features six themed areas—including a Japanese-inspired garden, woodland, meadow, crabapple grove, rock garden, and a vibrant perennial “bright and shiny” garden—all artfully connected by winding paths, stone borders, and sweeping lawns. A highlight of the garden is its breathtaking waterfall, adding to the magic of this thoughtfully designed landscape. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to see one of Central Washington’s premiere gardens.

The Stevens’ garden is a charming blend of sun and shade, thoughtfully designed to reflect their love of beauty, art, and utility. A stately oak tree and Heritage Garden anchors the front yard, while a mix of mature plantings, raised vegetable beds, pergola covered patio, perennial borders, and flower-filled containers create a lush, inviting landscape in the back.

Hidden Oasis
Mike and Cheryl Davison
3604 Howard Ave
Yakima, WA 98902-1535
Mature trees and rhododendrons welcome you into the 2 acre park-like setting of the Mike and Cheryl Davison Garden’s mid-century modern home, originally built by Fred and Dorothy Plath in 1966, it features over 100 rose cultivars, rare dwarf conifers the Davison’s have propagated, and exotic specimens like a monkey puzzle tree and sago palms. Don’t miss this striking mix of artistry, innovation, and horticultural passion on display.

Our Zen Happy Place
111 Estate Way
Yakima, WA 98908-8920
Kathy and Dennis Byam’s peaceful garden evokes the charm of a Louisiana bayou, with a willow-lined pond teeming with turtles, frogs, fish, muskrats, and the occasional fox. Inspired by a bonsai exhibit six years ago, the Byams have since transformed part of their yard into a serene Zen and Bonsai Display Garden, now home to more than 50 uniquely styled trees. This tranquil, evolving space blends natural beauty with thoughtful, often avant-garde design.
